1、 Auto Show Highlights: The all-new Extreme Krypton 8X makes a heavyweight debut, focusing on energy replenishment innovation

As a new masterpiece in the high-end new energy SUV market for the Jike brand layout, the debut of the Jike 8X at the Beijing Auto Show has attracted much attention. The car models exhibited on site not only showcase the design language of the Extreme Krypton family, but also attract the attention of many exhibitors and media with the disruptive highlight of "autonomous power replenishment during driving". Yu Ding stated in an interview that the development of the Extreme Krypton 8X has always focused on the core pain points of users. The launch of autonomous power replenishment technology during driving aims to completely solve the range anxiety of long-distance travel and redefine the energy replenishment mode of new energy vehicle models.

It is reported that the Jike 8X is built on the Haohan-S super hybrid architecture. In addition to core power replenishment technology, it is also equipped with multiple advantageous configurations such as 900V high-voltage architecture and advanced intelligent driving. After its launch, it will target the high-end new energy SUV market of 300000 to 500000 yuan, balancing performance, intelligence, and practicality, and forming differentiated competition with similar models.

2、 Core highlight: Autonomous power replenishment during driving, breaking the inherent cognition of energy replenishment

The core advantage of the Extreme Krypton 8X is that it autonomously replenishes power during driving, and the more it runs, the more abundant the battery becomes. Yu Ding introduced that this technology is not a "perpetual motion machine", but an innovative breakthrough based on the principle of efficient energy conversion - the vehicle is equipped with a high-performance extended range generator with a peak power of 145kW. Under high-speed cruising and other working conditions, the engine can drive the vehicle while driving the generator to efficiently generate electricity, converting excess energy into electrical energy and storing it in the battery, achieving positive growth in power.

Specifically, the Extreme Krypton 8X can increase its battery level from 30% to 80% in just 90 minutes while cruising at a speed of 120km/h, which is equivalent to taking a high-speed trip from Hangzhou to Shanghai. If the battery level is low when departing, there is no need to take a detour to find a charging station. When getting off the highway, it can restore sufficient battery level, truly achieving "running while replenishing". This technology breaks the inherent understanding that "only charging can replenish energy" and completely solves the pain point of replenishing energy for long-distance travel of new energy vehicles.

3、 Technical support: With the support of a full stack architecture, it achieves dual advantages in energy efficiency and user experience

The reason why the Extreme Krypton 8X can achieve autonomous power replenishment during driving is inseparable from three major hardcore technological supports. Firstly, the full stack 900V high-voltage hybrid architecture reduces energy transmission losses by more than 30% compared to the traditional 400V architecture, making the conversion of fuel into electrical energy more efficient and reducing energy waste; Secondly, the 145kW high-power extended range generator has a power generation capacity that is more than 50% higher than mainstream models in the same class, equivalent to having a built-in "vehicle mounted mobile supercharging pile", with a power generation speed far exceeding the vehicle's maximum power consumption during driving; Thirdly, the 70 degree 6C high rate battery can stably receive high-power power generation output without rejection or current limitation, ensuring that all excess electricity is stored.

In addition, the Extreme Krypton 8X is also equipped with 6C ultra fast charging technology, which only takes 9 minutes for 20% -80% fast charging.
